I had a tiny bit of trouble with the engines but it came out solid as a rock.
You don’t need the stand unless you really want it.
The plane will balance on its fin and engines.

You use normal printer paper, and it’s small enough that it’s hard.
incidentally, I’ve now played an Ace Combat game (3DS) , and this plane is awesome to fly and a nightmare to fight against (I did Mission EX-04: Fight ZOE Falken, destroy fortress, blow up missle, make U-turn inside tunnel, fight 4 Falkens with lasers)
I look forward to seeng more Ace Combat planes in the future.
