I have recently heard about using roboform cutters to directly cut designs out of pepakura, but my question is if you can do the same with a Cricut Cutter, as my mom has one sitting around. I was also wondering if anyone knows how to work one, and if I could manually set where to cut out pieces and such. Thanks for any help.

as far as I know, no one that talks in the papercraft community uses any of these cutting machines, so if you figure anything out, you're the first in my book :)

Yes you can. But if i was you i would use the craftrobo. This one was made especially with the idea for using it for pepakura models.

But the Cricut should work to.

i tried drivers and the official program and such, but with no luck. You can only cut out predetermined shapes, and you cant put your page into to see where to cut, so this won't work unless someone made custom drivers for it.
